At Calla Wild, our approach is part Ayurvedic breathing exercises (pranayama), active meditations, relaxation techniques, movement, and conscious breathing. Each session can include a needs discussion, demo, practice, and reflection.
Breathwork creates a new message for the nervous system and normalizes breathing patterns allowing the mind + body to relax, regenerate, and release. As you breathe, stuck energy and blocked emotions shift, you move from survival mode, move out of your head, and connect with your body.
